The new Mustard Therapy & Coaching website is here!

Whilst we are very excited to finally reveal our new website, we have been reflecting on the journey to get there.

Any change, even positive change is scary. It always involves taking risks, stepping beyond the familiar. It may be tempting never to venture outside of our comfort zone, but then we never get to experience what could be transformational for you…your relationship…your business.

When I think of the importance of bracing change, I am reminded of the ‘Butterfly of Freedom’ poem by Edward Monkton

“Why do you fly outside the box?”

“I fly outside the box because I can.”

“But we KNOW the box. We are SAFE inside the box.”

“That, my friend, is why I leave it.

For YOU may be SAFE…

…but I AM FREE!”

Changing website designers after 15 years has indeed taken us outside the box. But we now have (in our opinion) a beautiful representation of what we are and how our business has evolved.

The image in our new logo is of a tree of many colours…..

• Trees change with the seasons as we do, as humans we can try to resist seasonal changes in mood rather than accept and even embrace them. Like everything in nature, our energy has dormant phases. Turn into what you need, and be aware that this changes.

• It is estimated that there are 73,300 species of trees in the world. As humans, we too are diverse, each one of us unique. Let’s celebrate this and we open to each other’s differences.

• Trees need connection with other trees, just as we need the safety of connection with other humans. Via an underground network of funghi, trees communicate with each other, sharing and exchanging nutrients, sending ‘messages’ along the network like telling another that it needs to trigger their own defences as insects are attacking.

We are proud of our new website and what we have achieved, but are always open to suggestions. Please take a look and tell us what you think!! https://diligent-platinum-donkey.5-134-9-19.cpanel.site
